WE SAY

Stephen King has admitted to liking this novel, but readers who posted product reviews at Amazon.com aren’t as enthusiastic, saying that while the book is well-written, the characters are on the bland side and the movie’s monster (which lends it its sci-fi fantasy element) is fairly ridiculous. Which makes it perfect for a Hollywood big screen adaptation then . . .

Expect Turistas meets The Descent.
