District 9 hit movie in way,
District 13 Ultimatum is the Patrick Alessandrin-helmed sequel to
French-language sci-fi actioner
District B13, which stole a few ideas from the original
Escape from New York.
District 13 in this case was a lawless suburb in Paris, France overrun
by gangsters which the authorities simply walled off.
The original movie featured some spectacular CGI-free acrobat stunt
work of characters clambering up wall faces.
