Testosterone-injected action movie about two super soldiers  (Van Damme and Lundgren) battling it out. Lots of explosions and action set pieces to keep fans happy.

Interesting to note is that the film was made by director Emmerich - who later struck it really big with Stargate and Independence Day. Even with this early movie he had a propensity for stealing clichés from other movies . . .
