Kids' fantasy come true: juvenile with a high-score on a video arcade game at the local shop gets recruited by a bunch of aliens to commandeer a real starship and defend their planet against invaders.

Children will love this stuff even though some of the computer-generated effects at the climactic battle scenes aren't all that hot even by the standards of its time.
