Another movie that keeps on improving with time, as movies keep on getting worse. Features an excellent documentary titled The Hamster Factor & Other Tales of the 12 Monkeys which goes beyond the usual promo material in which everybody tells just how great it was to work with so-and-so, blah, blah . . .

In contrast, this "making of" featurette seems painfully honest about the characters involved. Funny, interesting and proof once again that test audiences usually consist of the bottom of the evolutionary ladder pond amoebae: no-one in the test audience liked the movie and director Terry Gilliam made the correct decision in ignoring them and releasing his movie without making any changes to it.

WORTH IT? One of the best movies of the 1990s, in any genre . . .

RECOMMENDATION: Buy it.
