A new still of Naomi Rapace reveals “Alien’s DNA” as Ridley Scott called it . . .

If you’re still unconvinced that the upcoming Prometheus has nothing to do with the Alien movies despite all the H.R. Giger inspired sets and spaceships in the trailer, then check out the below still of actress Naomi Rapace from the movie:

 

 

Spotted the two statues in the background? Look familiar? Yup, they’re the so-called enigmatic “space jockey” glimpsed in the first Alien movie directed by Ridley Scott back in 1979. See below:

 

 

This – and the leaked artwork and photos below – has led to loads of Internet speculation ranging from the creatures being  “a new monster with human, xenomorph and Space Jockey mixed up together” to, um, the alien creatures originally being humans.

 

 

 

Whatever the case might be we will have to wait until June 8 to find out for sure . . .
