Fairy tale gets the Bryan Singer treatment . . .

Snow White isn’t the only fairy tale that Hollywood is giving the big budget fantasy revisionist treatment next year (see: Snow White & the Huntsman).

June 15th, 2012 sees the release date of Jack the Giant Killer, Bryan Singer’s take on the old Jack and the beanstalk story replete with big budget and loads of special effects.

(The movie stars Ewan McGregor, Nicholas Hoult, Stanley Tucci, Warwick Davis, Bill Nighy, Ian McShane, Ewen Bremner and Eddie Marsan.)
