More boobies!

Here’s a new horror franchise that is at least honest about itself: it’s all about the boobies and, um, people vomiting in 3D!

Forget all that “total immersion” malarkey movie directors spout when they talk about their latest efforts. The makers of this film and the previous one at least admit that 3D is a gimmick and all about cheap thrills.

The movie stars Ving Rhames, Paul Scheer, Katrina Bowden, David Koechner and Gary Busey.

Piranha 3DD is directed by John Gulager and slated for a 2012 release date.
