the 'Seventies. Bad fashions and disco - but also the true Golden Era for
Hollywood-produced science fiction as heavy issues of the day such as
overpopulation, environmental degradation and so forth are confronted. However,
by the end of the decade the viewing public have had enough heaviness and were
ready to embrace dumb special effects movies aimed at kids as proven by the
